EVAN W. WILEY

Born in St. Louis and raised in the foothills outside of Denver, Evan’s photography journey began after inheriting a Canon AE-1 from his mother at a young age. That camera was tragically stolen on the way to Portland, OR for college, but allowed for a level-up - not just with the type of camera, but also with a newfound dedication to the craft.

Today, Evan’s work is characterized by rich colors, prominent texture and a fair bit of contrast. He shoots with Kodak 35mm on a Canon A-1 and medium format with a Mamiya 645. Pictured here is a Krasnogorsk-3 16mm movie camera.
